Client & Application Overview 

This esteemed customer is an Indian public sector undertaking which manufactures a variety of heavy equipment, such as that used for earth moving, railways, transport and mining. It is headquartered in Bangalore. This client is Asia’s second-largest manufacturer of earth moving equipment. They are manufacturing excavators in Bangalore and supplying throughout the country. In this particular application they are using the excavator to dig the earth, and move lubricant drums after completing the earthmoving process. 

Business Challenge 

This is a newly introduced product that has been locally manufactured in Bangalore, India. The customer was in search of a dependable 2 ton capacity electric chain hoist that could endure extensive usage in challenging outdoor environments. The application site is subject to extreme summer heat and high levels of dust due to ongoing earthmoving activities in the area. 

These harsh working conditions demand robust and weather-resistant equipment, capable of maintaining performance and safety standards without frequent maintenance or breakdowns.
