The Kito CB Series Chain Pulley Block is designed for reliable manual lifting in demanding industrial environments. Available in capacities from 0.5 ton to 50 tons, it combines a compact design, high-strength load chain, efficient mechanical operation and reliable braking for smooth lifting and lowering.
The CB Series can be supplied with an optional Overload Limiter (OLL).
When the pulling force on the hand chain exceeds the set limit, the clutch mechanism slips and prevents the lifting force from being transmitted to the load sprocket. This helps prevent continued lifting under overload conditions and protects the hoist mechanism.
1. CBHook SuspensionSuitable for applications where the hoist is suspended directly from a fixed lifting point.
2. CBSPPlain Trolley SuspensionCombines the CB Series hoist with a plain trolley for manual horizontal movement along a suitable beam.
3. CBSGGeared Trolley SuspensionCombines the CB Series hoist with a geared trolley for controlled horizontal movement using a hand chain.
