Pull Rotor Brake with 10 Years Warranty
The pull rotor brake in our hoist has a 10-year warranty. Using this brake and a 4-pole motor, we significantly cut down the operational noise produced by the hoist. This is a cone-type drum brake that remains released throughout use. The motor has both a rotor and a pull rotor. When the power is turned off, the brake automatically engages, guaranteeing that no accidents occur.
60% ED Heavy Duty Rating
With a duty cycle of 40/20% ED, the EQ reaches the M6(ISO)/3m(FEM) class. This extended service life hoist is heavy-duty equipment for high-frequency or lengthy lift operations. It can be used in the most demanding settings and circumstances.
Friction Clutch & Electronic Overload Limiter (E-OLL)
Our electric chain hoists have a friction clutch and an electronic overload limiter as standard equipment. When an abnormal load, going over the recommended weight capacity, is applied to the hoist, the friction clutch disengages. It protects the hoist body and load chain from damage. When the electronic overload limiter senses that the inverter is overloaded, it quickly stops the operation.
Upper/Lower limit Switch as Standard
During excessive lifting or lowering, the hoist body and load chain are protected from harm by a switch with upper-lower limit functionality. In addition to the friction clutch and electronic OLL, the triple safety system is also included. The circuit will be turned off whenever there is an abnormal amount of raising or lowering. Take note that this is for emergency cases only.
Emergency Stop Button as Standard
In an emergency, the emergency stop restricts the power supply to the motor. It comes as a standard feature. You can shut the electric chain hoist without turning off the main power supply.
Grade-80 Nickel Plated Load Chain
