1. Material Shifting: Getting the Essentials in Place

The installation process begins with the careful shifting of equipment and materials from our warehouse to the designated location. Proper handling at this stage ensures that all components reach the site intact and ready for deployment.

2. Work Preparation: Setting the Ground for Safe Execution

Before any technical work begins, our teams initiate a series of preparatory steps:

Barricading the work area using caution tapes.
Securing a work permit from the authorized site supervisor.
Arranging necessary tools, materials and safety gear.

To ensure compliance and safety, our team uses:

Calibrated inspection tools.
Full-body safety harnesses.
A-frame scaffolding.
Pre-task briefings through a Toolbox Talk session.

3. Height Work: Safety First, Every Step of the Way

For installations requiring work at height:

Scaffolding/Scissor Lift is carefully moved to the work area.
The site is barricaded for visibility and safety.
The area is inspected to ensure it’s free from obstructions and suitable for lifting operations.

4. Hoist Installation: Precision in Motion

The hoist is installed by:

Inserting it smoothly from one side of the beam.
Fixing spacers in accordance with the installation manual.

Once the setup is secure, the electrical groundwork begins:

Cables are laid through the designated platform routes.
Final connection and termination of the hoist are completed as per technical guidelines.

7. Load Testing and Regulatory Compliance

Once installation is complete:

A test load is conducted to verify the functionality and safety of the hoist.
The area is checked for leftover tools, cotton waste, and debris.

After installation:

All unused materials are segregated.
Tools and items are loaded onto a dolly and shifted back to the store.
A clean and organized site is restored for smooth operations.

9. SOS and Maintenance Training
